Artwork.....
We accept finished artwork in th following formats:
Please make sure all fonts are embedded into the design.
(although we have access to over 180,000 different fonts, but with that amount obviously not all are installed onto the system at one time)
It is always advisable if sending Adobe Photoshop or CorelDraw artwork to send a .JPG file too of at least 300dpi.
The best format ideally is a 300dpi .JPG file, this will be adequate for a good quality print.
PLEASE NOTE...........
There will be a charge of £15 per hour for artwork sent that isn't at least 300dpi, as it will have to be re-drawn. We WILL print artwork on your authourization that is less than 300dpi, but will not be held responsible for the final print quality, anything less that 300dpi will come out quite poor.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Scooterpatches may refuse to produce any images, graphics or logos which in our opinion is or may be of an illegal, obscene or libellous nature.
Scooterpatches may refuse to produce any material which in our opinion may infringe copyright of a third party if permission to publish has not been obtained by the Customer.
The Customer shall indemnify Scooterpatches against all claims, costs and liabilities incurred as a result of the design being found to be either of the above.
Copyright & Registered Trademarks
Any copyright restricted logo or registered trademark can only be reproduced on the strict understanding that you (our customer) have obtained the necessary permissions for its legal reproduction. We will not be held responsible for its illegal use.
It is understood that any images provided by our customers, portraying copyrighted material, have obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright holder.
ALL artwork that has been designed by scooterpatches (hereby refered to as "us") remains the copyright of us, and may not be used in any instance by any third party. Any work that we have designed that has been reproduced in any manner without our prior written permission will be taken very seriously and action will be taken. © All rights reserved worldwide.
