Not only do we do patches, but we do T-Shirts, Polo Shirts and Hoodies too.......... We have designed and printed many club T-Shirts too.....Ok, so your club has only a few members (as most clubs do), so why have to order a minimum of 50 printed T-Shirts when your club has just 10 or 20 members, we specialise in small to medium quantities of everything we print. There are also no minimum quantities on White, Ash Grey or Black T-Shirts (with other colours there is a minimum order of 3, as they have to be ordered especially). White and Ash Grey T-Shirts can be printed with full colour designs that are wash fast and durable. We can also print onto other colour T-Shirts using a method called 'cad cutting' or 'vinyl cutting', these are ideal if you want single colour logos or text, i.e just the scooter club name etc........ Please bear in mind too that the quality of screen printing, is no where near the quality of digital printing, in digital printing the overall quality is much sharper and high resolution photographic quality is standard with our printing, try getting that with screen printing!. 99% of our Legshield Banners are now Digitally printed. We also produce the other type with applied vinyl stuck to them, but this is now an old method. We can still do it this way if required. There is No minimum order & No set up fees with any of our banners. All banners come hemmed and with Plastic eyelets inserted into the corners if required. Printing Methods.......... All of our printing is 'digital' which offers a very high quality output with sharp lines, vibrant colours and photographic quality....unlike screen printing. We use the latest equipment and methods available in the industry. Other printing methods we utilise are: Dye Sublimation 'Cad Cut' or 'Cut Vinyl' The Dye Sublimation method actually 'Tattoo's' the design into item. This is ideal for T-Shirts and hard items such as mugs and coasters, giving high quality and professional results. The 'Cad Cut' method involves using a computer aided cutter and sheets of a very thin thermo weldable vinyl which can be cut into very intricate shapes and heat welded onto the garment, this method is ideal for Text or simple logos in single colour onto T-Shirts, Polo shirts, Sweatshirts and Hoodies, underwear, jackets etc..... Approximately 15 different colours of vinyl are held in stock from plain white to Gold, Silver, Glitter styles and even glow in the dark..... The possibilities are endless.... Depending on what you require you will be advised on the best method of printing. |
